Meet your authors.

I am new to blogging/website creation, but the current political/moral atmosphere has pushed me to change the way we live. I am a biologist/biochemist by education and work for the Washington State doing nothing like what I love doing… but it pays the bills, so I am all for it.
That being said… it is time to become what I have always wanted to become. I want to live ethically, sustainably, intelligently, creatively and without kneeling to big business and the status quo. I am ready to become the person I have always wanted to become.

I have been blogging off and on for over 20 years. I used to write for my grandmother; when she died I stopped publishing. Really, I stopped writing altogether. I’ve spent the time between then and now reading and thinking (my two favorite hobbies). I’ve reached a place now where I feel like I have something I want to say again.
I don’t know what, though.
It will come to me.
When I’m not working, reading, or thinking, I’m often hand sewing something, watching shows or movies, staring out the window (not quite the same as thinking, but close), visiting friends or family, or dabbling in some hobby or another.
